01 Where is Pocono Palms located?
Pocono Palms is located in Canadensis, PA in the heart of the beautiful Pocono Mountains. The Poconos is the perfect mini-destination spot for a wedding weekend, just a few hours from Philadelphia, New York and New Jersey. Canadensis is a peaceful mountain town, surrounded by forests and situated along the bustling Broadhead Creek. It boasts all the small town essentials from the local pub to the diner and pizza shop where everyone knows your name. We source all our garden greenery from our neighboring garden center. Our local bowling alley even offers the opportunity for couples to rent it out for a late night hangout for guests after their reception.
02 Where will my guests stay?
We have lots of options ranging from hotels to AirBNBs depending on your weekend vibe. Stay in cute cabins right down the road and enjoy a bonfire after-party with your guests. Or rent out Frogtown Inn, a charming bed and breakfast equipped with an on-site restaurant and private dining room. Looking for more of a party atmosphere? Shuttle your guests to and from Mount Airy Casino and Resort, minutes away from the venue, and a fun spot for a lively crowd. Bonus: the Poconos comes with loads of activities for you and your guests to enjoy. Be it hiking, skiing, rafting, horseback riding, lavender farms, antique shops or farm stands, there is truly something for everyone!
03 What types of weddings does Pocono Palms host?
We host full-service weddings, micro weddings and elopements. Our main wedding package ranges from $6k-$10k depending on season and day of week.
04 How does catering work at Pocono Palms?
We have a curated list of exclusive caterers available for your selection. Our caterers have been fully vetted for excellence and work at the venue all the time so you can feel comfortable knowing that the execution of your day will be seamless. Our caterers can deliver on all kinds of cuisine requests plus the fun extras like a late night pretzel bar or charcuterie grazing table for cocktail hour. Catering costs start at $50 per person. We are always happy to guide you to a caterer that will best fit your budget and wedding vision.

06 Is there a place where we can get ready before the ceremony?
We have two fully furnished on-site wedding suites where you can get ready with your friends and family before your ceremony. The Babe Cave is a downstairs tropical paradise with speakeasy vibes while The Loft is a light-filled lounge made for relaxing and calming those pre-wedding nerves.
07 Does Pocono Palms have an outdoor area?
We do! Pocono Palms has an outdoor ceremony site surrounded by tropical gardens and tall trees. We have a separate space for cocktail hour with an outdoor bar, corn hole, string lights and a fire pit. We infuse our outdoor garden spaces with love and we hope you love it too.
08 What happens if it rains?
We always have a plan in place for any kind of weather! Indoor ceremonies take place under the arches surrounded by your loved ones.
09 When should we book a tour?
Peak Saturdays tend to book quickly so once you are actively planning your wedding, we encourage you to come out and take a look!
